About Me

The Beam Me Up Ska-Ts: Ogden, UT, United States; CAPTAIN'S LOG - STARDATE 64585.1 Starting as a 4 person band playing Green Day covers in the Basement of Tony Kent's house, Ethan Anderson, Sean Lords, Eric Holmes and Tony Kent decided they wanted to play ska and be somewhat serious about it. Since Eric Holmes, the original bassist, knew how to play the trumpet, we searched for a new bassist. We stumbled upon a man by the name of Jayson Jorgenson. This man could play the bass as fast and insane as a tribble can reproduce. We then named our band what we have always dreamed of naming it: The Beam Me Up Ska-Ts! One horn did not satisfy. We searched the stars for more. We stumbled upon two and we were awesome. We played our first show in July of 2010 and knew this was our destiny. We've lost and gained members along our journey. The band now consists of the original members: Ethan Anderson, Jayson Jorgenson, Sean Lords, Eric Holmes and Tony Kent. We now have the amazing talents of Trent Hunsaker, Phil Charles and Cam Rose. We will continue to play ska throughout the ages.
